Mazda announced the sale of special edition versions of Biante minivan for the Japanese market. Both the special edition Mazda Biante features the unique idling stop technology, i-stop. i-stop helps save fuel by shutting down a vehicle's engine automatically when the car is stationary and restarts it when the driver resumes driving. Mazda claims to have 10% improvement in fuel economy and the driver will see little (0.35 seconds) or no delay.
