Acura MDX 2010 gets a facelift with the new model. Things to update are new front and rear bodywork, a bold new front grille, numerous new trim enhancemens, active damper system, 19" wheels & tirers and a refined 3.7L V6 engine with 6-speed transmission for better performance and improved fuel efficiency.
