Mercedes-Benz is debuting a limited-production SLK300 Diamond White edition for the 2010 model year. This special-edition SLK coupe/roadster features Diamond White metallic paint and a two-tone interior with high-contrast "baseball" upholstery stitching. Fewer than 100 of the SLK Diamond White editions will be offered in the U.S., and its impressive array of special standard equipment includes sport suspension, steering-wheel shift paddles and 18-inch AMG alloy wheels.
The 2010 SLK line includes three distinct models – the SLK300, powered by a 228-horsepower 3.0-liter V6; the SLK350, with a 300-hp version of the popular 3.5-liter V6; and the high-performance SLK55 AMG, fitted with a 355-hp AMG V8. All 2010 models come with a steering wheel covered in premium leather and a new monitoring system showing individual tire pressures. For 2010, all SLK300s (except the Diamond White edition) are fitted with new 17-inch twin- five-spoke alloy wheels.
