Mazda announced a new design theme, KODO - 'Soul of Motion' and the design concept car, Mazda Shinari 2010, a pure expression of KODO theme. Mazda SHINARI is a 4-door, 4-seat, sports coupe and is targeted to make it to production with several design elements seen in the concept. By the way, Shinari in Japanese means the powerful yet supple appearance of great resilient force when objects of high tensile strength, such as steel or bamboo, are twisted or bent.
